anyone into this?

Bitcoin has plummeted under 4000 after being above 5k due to Chinese threats.

Looking to see opinions on if it's time to buy or is this the beginning of a huggggeeeeee fall

"Governments won't allow massive adoption so the price is wrong." - that video

I don't want to know what the government halting crypto adoption looks like. This isn't like napster where Metallica can go lock the doors of a building and sue some 20 year olds for trillions of dollars . . . you basically have to shut down the worldwide internet.

I think that the fact that the price is being propped up by rogue nations like North Korea is a very strong indication of the "value" that Bitcoin brings.

I honesty believe that bitcoin will have a bright future. I'm going to ride this fall and at first sign of hitting bottom I'm going to throw some dough at it.

I'm hoping it continues under 3k

A 24 hour % price change is a meaningless measure for something as volatile as bitcoin. It nearly tripled in 2 months, and was up 7X year over year even from this "collapse". It's literally like putting Uber on a stock exchange 6 years ago and freaking out with the decision of every city / government. Bitcoin is still pre-IPO.

It's been a definite benefit to the share prices of AMD and Nvidia - both are up over 100% in the last year. Prices for their high end graphics cards used for mining altcoins like Etherium are ridiculous if you can even find them to buy.

AMD, Nvidia and Bitcoin have been very good to me but I got out of bitcoin when it hit 2k...unfortunately (still holding onto AMD/NVidia but thinking of taking the money since it's been over a year). I got a buddy of mine down in Texas who has pretty much retired after getting in when it was basically worthless. Bastard.

I think the OP should go all in. Buy high and sell low.

Luckily, I would never take advice from the mentally challenged.

If you are coming to The Paddock to ask about an investment you've already missed the gravy train. You should write this down on the front of your portfolio. It's a near sure sign the investment is probably a bubble.

Oh I already have plays in place.

Just looking at other opinions on where this drastic drop is headed.
