How so - by having the most number of COVID cases in the country? Hey good job, you have the most COVID cases in the country...you knew you had a lot of people moving in and out of your State (and NYC) and you know you have one of the most dense populations in the country (NYC) and yet you did nothing to stem the number of cases...but now you should run for President. LOL

And to think SOME are touting him as an emergency replacement as the Dem. Presidential Candidate now that he has appeared semi-human and minimally reasonable during the crises in his State . Exchange one idiot for another. Dems are SO well stocked with viable candidates!.
