Curious - what has our new president done that’s really good and really bad?

A friend met her yesterday and was really impressed with her. I said I’m not a fan of her but was not able to readily state multiple reasons - but I believe they exist…

Well for one thing she’s excellent at talking to people. Comes with being a university president. That your friend was impressed with their interaction is no surprise. Beyond that, I got nothing.

She insists on her program of DEI+b -- everyone must 'feel' good at PSU. She is a waste of time and should be eliminated. The two BOT members that I know have questions about her methods with the latest appointees.

I do not think she was a DEI hire. She has a very good resume and can talk the "language" that is expected of president's of major universities.

I would be suprised if there was a candidate that was better.
