Cuse player slaps former St Peter's G Doug Edert in the face who in turn slaps him back and a melee erupts.

By the time it was over 3 Bryant and 1 Cuse player were ejected along with 3 members of the Cuse staff and 2 from Bryant.

Best part is Bryant won on a last second basket 73-72.

That's Jim "the Big Ten sucks" Boeheim with the loss to Bryant. The ACC is horrific this season at the middle at bottom.
The ACC has Duke and North Carolina fully capable of winning a national championship. The middle and bottom of most leagues don't attract media attention.

I wouldn't call that a melee. A couple slaps and a bunch of back pedaling. Not much to see here. Move along. Move along.

If he’s running like that in a controlled environment in which any fight will be broken up in seconds and it’s extremely rare for anybody to close their fist, then he’s not that tough…lol

Edert saw John Bol Ajak coming fast and Bol Ajak has at least 8 inches and at least 35 to 40 pounds on Edert... It's not like Edert was hightailing it away from the guy he slapped back. Edert did make me think of Mini Khabib though...

Regardless he ran multiple to times in the full video. He didn't even do the fake hold me back he legit ran 3xs. You cant be involved in a fight and want your team to protect u and your running.

Still not sure that he deserves to be labeled a wuss... This was an altercation during an NCAA basketball game, and not a street fight... Edert didn't start it, and he responded in kind with a simple slap. Syracuse guys seemed like they wanted blood after he responded... If he confronts the advancing Syracuse guys, the whole situation may have escalated into a major brawl with punches being thrown, and with more players ending up being hurt or suspended, and wth longer suspensions. Not sure if acting like a tough guy would've been justified if that had happened.
