He's been given assurances things are going to change--starting with his commitment. He will attract better WRs through the portal. He had a relationship with the guy whose going to be Iowa's next Offensive Coordinator.

Gratz on picking him up, he might be the best QB pickup this offseason.

I hope you guys do well with him . I heard he had surgery on a significant injury in November. Don’t know the nature of it but hopefully he will be fully recovered for you guys.

Yes, he's recovering from surgery and may not even be a 100% certainty for spring ball. But we will need to get better receivers and a much better OL around him
