Question asked of Kendall Rodgers and Aaron Fitt during yesterday's chat as to whether or not the Cliff would see another game (i.e. would UK get a host nod):

They answered that UK will get a host nod if we take 2 of 3 from Candy and then may need 1 or 2 wins in Hoover.

That surprises me, as I would think that simply taking 2 of 3 from Candy would do the trick, but I guess their logic is that we would need to be at 16 SEC wins (including the tourney) to get a host site.

I think it depends on what others do. I think we are in a race with Auburn for the spot. If they finish better than we do then they get it and if we finish better we get it. If we both finish .500 then the tournament may decide. The interesting part of that will be where we fall. If we tie with Auburn and both finish .500 I think we'd finish 7th. And Auburn 8th. That means Auburn plays the 9 seed and then would face Florida. UK would face the 11 and then face the 3 seed. That could be Arkansas, Ole Miss, or Georgia. Georgia plays Arky and Ole Miss plays Alabama
So, Ole Miss could win 3 games and become the 2 seed and then we would face the winner of the Georgia Arkansas series.
