Considering OU is ranked #3 in the CFP, the loss to texass has not hurt OU's conference and CFP goals nor should it hurt Tennessee's SOS. Although, anytime you lose to your rival, it sucks, but the loss has not seemed to derail OU's CFP chances so far. And as Oklabama said, good luck the rest of the way and hope you guys land in a sweet bowl game. Sooner fans everywhere will be cheering for the Vols.

If we could have held on and beat you guys we may be in the position you are in...it is such a game of "what if's" isn't it? I said right here on this board back in September if you remember that we had talent as good as you guys or anyone in the country but we lacked maturity needed to put together a 11-1 or 12-0 season...that is about to change, I'll be pulling for you guys especially if you end up playing Alabama. I wished you guys had beat arkie, they beat a mediocre miss team, a lackluster lsu and think they won the dang super bowl. Never heard a fan base that has a 6-5 team talk so much smack. OMG 
The team was coming off the demoralizing FL loss. Was thinking about us now as compared to early in the season. I honestly believe if we start the season over now we beat every team we lost to early...except OU and although I hate to say it AL. You guys are clicking now. Don't sugar coat it, Jake. We would like to hear what a SEC fan really thinks. Especially a good fan.
Most Vol fans believe OU will beat Bama head to head. Henry is the best rb in the conference...maybe the country so I give the advantage to them. Mayfield is a better qb than Coker so advantage you. Defenses are even with maybe a slight edge to Bama but the difference is minimal. Offensive lines are even in my honest opinion. Coaching and preparation will be the key here. If Bob can do to them what he did in the 2014 Sugar Bowl you guys will be NC.
