I had no idea where the Rupps Rafters people went and it's genuinely sucked not being able to talk ball with y'all. I've seen a few familiar faces but are there many here?

This town is about half or 60% of what Rafters once was. You can log on tomorrow and boring posts will hang around for days without much activity. It's no longer a solid go to to find out about breaking UK BB news before any other source.
It’s definitely picking up though. Part of that problem was the transition happened in the offseason and many people like OP didn’t even know.

I think it will get better over time.
Welcome back. It is slower than the old board but, in some ways, that's a good thing as I don't see as much antagonism going on between posters. I'm seeing more and more old faces so hopefully more will find their way here. Anyway, welcome.

I tried those other boards… the format sucked. Present-day rafters is a little clunkier than it used to be, but still by far the most user friendly board IMO.
I didn't like any of the other boards I tried, but here; we have a lot of the old posters back and I agree that this board will keep building.
Hopefully a lot more old posters start posting here again. I miss a lot of their insights.
Tried Wildcat Nation for a while but the format over there is not good and the traffic is nowhere close to this site. Thinking more and more I’m just gonna stick with this site for the future.

I think I saw a recent post from him. But, I don't trust my memory so you shouldn't either. His rankings are based on data and there isn't much of that available right now.
He usually has some sort of preseason ranking. Doesn't mean much but just interesting to see. Just like kenpom ranking.
A lot of them are here already and more are coming slowly but surely.
Felt the same way when I went to log in for the new Basketball season and it was 'gone' then didn't seem to want to except letting me log in on on3 version, thought I was locked out and gone. Tried again the next day let me in, kept my old handle just had to fix the pic etc. Glad we found our way home again, hope others figure it out with out much issues or confusion.
There was a ton of confusion in the days leading up. That’s why a lot of us said sayonara. But I’m glad it got smoothed out and we’re all back together here where we are supposed to be during CBB.
Me too ! I think I've seen a post from Aike, but I don't recall seeing an Aike Ranking yet.
