Our current QB coach also grew up the son of a Heisman winning QB and one of the greatest HCs/QB whisperers in college football history. Pretty sure he had an advantageous environment to learn about offense, QBs, and coaching that a good majority of people don't

He's definitely an asset. Not every kid sees it that way. Having a young coach just out of the pros looking for QBs in Texas might be a good thing right now.
