I wouldn't be surprised by any outcome to be honest.
TX has lost road games 112-10 this season. WV could continue that trend & put the hammer down.
But TX has won 3 of 4 & beat Oklahoma a week after OU beat WV by 20. In same stretch, TX has a nation best 23 sacks. Pressure is sure to come and ball security/turnovers may likely decide it as we've seen many times before.
They got pounded by ND, but came within a PAT of tying Cal. Like WV, they played Ok State neck and neck, but shot themselves in the foot and blew it.
Hard to get a read on this game. TX needs a win in the worst way in order to make a bowl. WV needs two more Ws as well, but can lean on Kansas and Iowa State for those in all likelihood.
Strong is 2-0 vs Holgorsen. Both wins against ranked Holg teams at the time. Last year TX beat WV when it was just 4-5, which is identical to their record now.
TX also won last time in Morgantown. A wild, high-scoring overtime affair that ended with a Paul Millard interception on 4th and goal.
