Sweet! I think both of those guys have the potential to be studs at their position.

If Wood is good enough, I hope he plays QB. I just hope we don't have yet another controversy that surrounds a KY kid trying to be the quarterback. It may not actually BE that way, but it always seems divisive to both the team and the fan base. It would just be nice if there was a clear-cut and obvious starting QB.

The idea of Wood being a slot and return man, with the ability to throw out of the Wildcat is a TREMENDOUS idea, I think.

Wood will start out at QB as promised to him.

^^^ Curious, how did you come by this info?^^^
Imo Walker is one tough nut ala Dicky Lyons jr! Capable playing q. back, Wildcat, d. back, slot receiver, and kick returner! I'm very glad he's a future WILDCAT!

You'll just have to remain curious. Yes, glad he's a future Wildcat also.

I am having a some trouble seeing where the offense is headed with scheme in view of the QBs we are recruiting. By most accounts, we are not focusing on either pro or dual threat across class years.

Both are already better than any QB on the UK roster.

I don't really believe that, just wanted to get it in first.

I'll go on the record as saying if Barker doesn't get healthy, and Johnson doesn't put on some weight and take care of the ball better, I could see Danny Clark working his way into the conversation. But those are two really big if's that I don't think will happen.

Both of these guys are really good QB's. Wood doesn't get any respect because he's six feet tall. If he were just two inches taller, everybody in college football would offer him.

As regards the statement about not targeting a certain style QB to fit a system. Ill go with Glass half full and say that Eddie Gran will take the best available, analyze his team and build a system around his strong points. Coach had done well with the cards he was delt this year.

As long as we have snell we will see some form of the wildcat. I could see a jet sweep out of the wildcat to Woods with the option of woods to keep or throw the ball.

Signed 5-11 Russell Wilson.
