Me being a Trump homer, it looks like he was wearing new leather sole shoes that has not been scuffed up yet. It can be tricky on bare aluminum. The fact that when he got to the bottom he was running kind of tells a different story. Now compare that with HRC falling all over the place and this is a nothing burger...

If it's not dementia, then he is not mentally smart enough to hold any office and never has been. This is the lefts attempt to take personal health off of the table...but it won't work. Biden is a shell of what he used to be. I bet Cornpop could take him now.

This is the exact same thing I was thinking -- industrial grade, ****** carpet laid on a solid surface and wearing slick leather soles with no grip. I suffered many a long walk uphill my freshman year on ice/snow from the Physical Sciences Library (work study beyond midnight) all the way to Towers in dress shoes with no damn grip. Clearing the law center hill and walking down to Towers was always a treat in the winter with leather soles and no traction. Trump's expedition there looks exactly to be that case, particularly without a handrail to keep from going skiing.
