If there is one thing we WVU fans know, it is the sting that comes after having recruiting hope. This kind of commitment announcement as always been able to be easily revoked at any time before signing and now the transfer portal has made signing an LOI as nearly as meaningless as a commitment announcement. I hope he truly is committed and I hope he does have a great impact on WVU football. Unfortunately I have seen more 4 and 5 star WVU recruits go the way of Gwaltney or that 4 star RB from Durham, NC a few years ago than Devine or Austin.
