Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear this. Hopefully, this was caught early on. Debbie, and the entire Jones family is in my prayers. God bless them.

I just looked at Tyus’ IG and it says that it was caught early on. That’s definitely a silver lining... Terrible news though. I know both of the brothers speak highly of their mom and she raised 2 great men.

She has waved the Duke flag hard and strong. She’s one of us and one of the good ones. May God help her and the family.

Yes please keep them and everyone that’s going through something in life in your prayers. We forget that these players deal with family related issues off the court. So, before criticizing their play, maybe consider they have off the court distractions that are taking their mind off of the game a bit.

Just read about this over on RR. I wanted to come over and share my condolences and best wishes with all of you for, what I have seen to be, a wonderful person.

I just read about this and wanted to send prayers their way. Prayers for strength for the Jones' family...it's a fight for everyone involved and it's a better fight when you go through it with love and support.
Basketball becomes such a small thing when real life smacks you in the face . Prayers and best of luck to the Jones family. Tre and Tyus both seem like outstanding young men, I would imagine the mother that raised two well groomed young men to be nothing short of a saint.
