Despite the loss, Pardon "grew up" this game...

Playing admirably against someone who may be the best player in CBB and a likely top 3-5 pick.

Pardon will be a beast and a double-double guy next season.

Also like what I've seen from Benson towards the end of the regular season - the 5 should be a position of strength next year (would still like to see CC and staff land another big).

If Pardon can just work on that elbow jumper like crazy this off-season, he could be an All Big Ten level player. He is just something else.

Pardon should become a crunch time option next year. He was not intimidated by either Purdue big man. We need to be willing to go down low and give him a touch in the offense. It should open things up for our shooters.

I thought he played great. Those were tough, tough shots the Dererk made and his defense was solid.

Pardon's hands are so incredibly soft - and strong!

I still can't believe he caught that Tap pass with his *** sticking out and his arms stretched the way they were. 9 out of 10 guys let that ball slip out of their fingers. Watch it again. Fricking Velcro!

If that play was on his high school tape, he'd get a call from every coach in the country just because of the hands it took to reign that ball in the way he did!

Swanigan is a good college player but he's not near the top of the draft on most projections. It took him leading the conference in scoring and averaging a double-double just for him to start popping up at the end of the first round in some draft projections.

Pardon is really impressive though. Should be one of the best big men in the conference going forward.

We could not handle Swanigan today. Pardon was getting pushed around and when double teamed he dished off well. Bad matchup
