Don Nehlen, Rich Rod and pretty much every other coach described wvu as a developmental program no surprise here. His words, not mine.
That’s the point LOL! Where is the development.I would like it if they at least developed.
They haven't played for a national championship since 1988. They would not have won the title in 1993.If WVU is a developmental program then every program is a developmental program. WVU has a major P5 athletic dept with a football program that has actually played for national championships and been in that conversation more than once in the modern era and before. Most programs out there cannot claim that. Just because the coach that has been at WVU for going on 5 seasons can't coach at the P5 level does not mean WVU has become something different or lower. But it sure seems the administration is trying hard to steer it that way (while still reaching their hands out for P5 championship monies, of course.)
Get the plank out of your own eye.WVU doesnt develop players anymore. They regress under Brown. The best players at WVU often have to sit and watch Neal's chosen ones play like crap and lose games from the bench. When a player really stands out, like a CJ Donaldson, Neal doesnt seem to provide a way for them to grow and thrive. Its almost like they flash their potential and then regress under Neal. When a player flashes and makes a big play or two, Neal seems to sit them for a few plays or not call their number for a while on purpose. He's the kind of coach who would run his little scat back on 3rd and inches while leaving his big bruiser RB on the bench, just to be cute and try to fool someone. Fk him, he's an idiot and his failures have nothing to do with the portal or NIL. He's the worst in-game coach I've ever seen. So when he's trying to sell everyone on the NIL and portal being the reason why he's failing, please dont forget how bad he really is on game day.
It's funny, all the Brown Clowns spouting his NIL bullsh!t, not once have they provided any supporting evidence of a time a player left due to NIL and that affecting the outcome of a game. But you can go through game by game and see blundering coaching errors--errors that were called out in season while the Clowns desperately tried to excuse them away.WVU doesnt develop players anymore. Cool, so which players have really gotten better under Neal Brown?Get the plank out of your own eye.
Where, in what sentence, did I state WVU is a “blue blood?” Another LIE out of you. They haven't played for a national championship since 1988. They would not have won the title in 1993.
So you saying that being in the conversation what 3 times now, makes you a blue blood program.
WVU is something different.
Exactly. Empty false statements with nothing to back them up, all the Brown Clowns have.Cool, so which players have really gotten better under Neal Brown?
Where did you get idea I said anything about which players are getting better under Neal Brown. But if you must know.Cool, so which players have really gotten better under Neal Brown?
Look in the mirror.Exactly. Empty false statements with nothing to back them up, all the Brown Clowns have.
I'm not talking about how good they are when they get here. I mean who showed marked improvement from year to year under Brown? What 2 and 3 star guys has he taken and turned into NFL prospects? WVU has a history of developing the 2-3 star guys into really good players. We did more back when the recruiting ranking weren't as high. Its because of coaching. We had better coaches back then. Brown hasnt done ****. His WR's cant even catch. Recruits dont live up to their rankings under him except the Still's brothers, but he had nothing to do with them. They were here no matter who was coach.Where did you get idea I said anything about which players are getting better under Neal Brown. But if you must know.
CJ Donaldson, justin Johnson, Jalen Anderson, Alston, Jefferson, Dante Stills, Casey Legg, Sean Martin, Prather, Bryce-Ford Wheaton...few more I'm sure but I have no idea what you think you're accomplishing.
I don't give 2 ***** about NFL. Those players have shown marked improvement. You just don't want to believe. You do know he doesn't coach every position right?I'm not talking about how good they are when they get here. I mean who showed marked improvement from year to year under Brown?
