Did Joel James throw elbow at Quinn Cook's head with 1:30 left?

Watching the replay but do not have slow motion.
With 1:35 left Cook drives the lane and James come in to defend at the rim. Sure looks to me like James threw elbow at Quinn's head.
Wonder why officials did not stop the game for 8 minutes to study the monitor.
Does that make James a dirty player?

I didn't notice the elbow live, but I did see James taunt Quinn after that play. Quinn was so laser focused though, he didn't respond. Quinn has been an outstanding leader. Joel James is just another big goon.

Is that the same play where Cook got swatted out of bounds? The same play where James was giving the stare-down? If so, I remember Johnson pushing James back, basically telling him to stop.

not sure about an elbow...but if thats the play were jah got called for grabbing the rim...james wacked quinn real good across the head and there was no call

May have got fouled but I saw nothing to make me think he threw an elbow
