Did UK play it's best defense today?

I watch all UK games at the least 2 times and most of the time 3 times.

Are my old eyes failing me or did UK play the best defense today?

UK did not give USC any good looks from 2 feet out.



Am I wrong?

Agree..Our switching was outstanding. USC was really having a hard time getting open looks, even after a ball screen out high. Good job TEAM....

Today's defensive performance was right up there with the YMCA err UCLA massacre and our defensive effort v Montana St and Mizzou.

My Lord were good.

Defense rebounding is a part of overall defense and that was not great today. Other than that it was pretty darn good.

No your eyes did not fail you UK held them to 22.6% shooting for the game and a ridiculous 17.3% in the second half. South Carolina only made four field goals in the second half. Four.

When you take the quality of our opponent into consideration, I would think our defensive performance against Kansas would be among our best, if not THE best.

It's simple ....no. KU was the best defensive game we played. Now this may have been second best defensive performance based on fg percentage.
