We have Wade, Sheron and the guy from Iowa. You’ll get to see them play in the bowl. We’ll probably sign a high school player or two next year. The transfer portal seems to be working pretty well for us.
Why not, Levis was pretty good and I suspect Leary will be good as well.
Exactly. The staff knows what they have with Wade/Sheron/Hogan. They clearly know they must have someone new for next year, but have enough to develop for the future.
Just curious, who did the QB out of Indiana Scang was after sign with? Think his name was O'Brian.
Really think people are shortchanging Wade. The guy has ability, has a nice arm and is very intelligent. He's a good runner but isn't a run-first guy. And don't forget Coen was involved with his recruiting. Backup Leary for a year then take the job as a RS soph. The idea of him as a RS soph throwing to juniors Key/Brown and soph A. Brown and handing off to sr Davis and soph Wilcox makes me all tingly in dirty ways. I hope for his sake and UK's sake it turns out that way.
