The amount of justice you receive is the amount you can afford.
Leopold and Loeb's parents hired Clarence Darrow to get them life in prison. (They pleaded guilty in the face of overwhelming evidence.)
I did a research paper on that case high school. Darrow used to insert a wire into his cigars so the ash wouldn't fall in order to distract the jury. That was a really sensationalized case.
To bad you can’t prosecute him for being a total douchebag
Is it true that a "family member" regularly sexually assaulted him while he was underaged or was that just fabricated by his defense attorneys?
If true, that would somewhat explain, but not necessarily condone, his sexual aberrations.
