what an ***! He won't do **** in the NFL. He's another Johnny Manziel.
he was robbed...he deserved it hands down out of that bunch.
more impact on a program than any one player in memory for any program.
His ATTITUDE was a major factor in him not winning. Perect example was how he handled NOT WINNING!!he was robbed...he deserved it hands down out of that bunch.

Poor Connor, cursed with a name that few can spell correctly.I’m not gonna look up anything, just going off memory here but Vanderbilt won, one game of consequence this year that Pavia was a factor in and that was TN. In their two biggest games he didn’t get it done. All of Vandy did nothing against Texas for 3 quarters and he had the biggest mistakes in their loss to Alabama. You gotta play big when it matters for team accomplishments and individual accolades. He’s the unquestioned leader of a very experienced team but remember he’s also playing only because of a court said he could. He’s a good college QB but probably no better than Conner Shaw.
I'm sure his agent got ahold of him and explained that him being his natural self was going to cost him a lot of money. The NFL doesn't want known a**holes.
Someone told him it could hurt him in the draft. I doubt he decided to recant on his own.
I did say I wasn’t looking anything upPoor Connor, cursed with a name that few can spell correctly.
If they think they can with with you, they care nothing about the character.I'm sure his agent got ahold of him and explained that him being his natural self was going to cost him a lot of money. The NFL doesn't want known a**holes.
They don't like to hire known PR problem players. The thugs they sign generally aren't open about being thugs. If they think they can with with you, they care nothing about the character.
True. Unbelievable that he would swing all the way from "F them" to "please forgive me". He should've just gone with the old standby: Someone hacked my account and posted the first one.I'm sure someone else posted that for him.
The Heisman has nothing to do with how well you will do in the NFL. I say he did more with less than anyone this year!what an ***! He won't do **** in the NFL. He's another Johnny Manziel.
Out of the tube and no putting it back
One of the examples that comes to mind is Greg Hardy. Maybe I am misremembering but seems like Dallas signed him after he had domestic voilence charges against him. They were later dropped but I don’t think that was the case yet when they brought him on.They don't like to hire known PR problem players. The thugs they sign generally aren't open about being thugs.
True, but more commendable than the real jackasses that just double down.Out of the tube and no putting it back
The Heisman has nothing to do with how well you will do in the NFL. I say he did more with less than anyone this year!
He'll get his shot. That's all any of them can ask for.He will get drafted late rounds or undrafted free agent who gets a contract then cut
That’s not the criteria for winning the Heisman Trophy. Instead, it’s being the most "outstanding college football player in the U.S.” Sorry - he ain’t it!he was robbed...he deserved it hands down out of that bunch.

Pavia had about 200 more yds in the air and about 600 more on the ground. Mendoza had a slightly better QBR. He was third in the country. Pavia was 4th. Pavia threw 2 more interceptions. Indiana being undefeated as a team probably gives Mendoza the edge when you have candidates that are this close. Not all of his "impacts" were positive.
What kind of impact did Mendoza have on Hoosiers?
Did you go look at their stats?
How does Pavia's stats stack up to Mendoza's?
How about the stats for the OSU guy?
Mendoza was 2nd in passing rating, Pavia 4th. And Mendoza threw 6 more TDs with less attempts.Pavia had about 200 more yds in the air and about 600 more on the ground. Mendoza had a slightly better QBR. He was third in the country. Pavia was 4th. Pavia threw 2 more interceptions. Indiana being undefeated as a team probably gives Mendoza the edge when you have candidates that are this close.
He was kind of the underdog darling of college football heading into the Heisman ceremony. He absolutely vaporized all of that. His apology rings hollow. He says he didn't handle the emotions of the moment well. That might be understandable if he shot of a tweet that was later deleted or something. But he went out clubbing with an electronic sign that said "f**k Indiana", and that's on top of his social media post blasting the voters. You can't explain that away.Unless Pavia can convince a judge to let him play college football forever, he will be forgotten within a couple of years.
