Just my opinion, but I think Disney should have pulled an alphabet move some time ago.
The umbrella company should have some nonsensical name that no one will care about or recognize and Disney should be a division that makes a very specific style of content.
The various divisions of the conglomerate would then have freedom to operate as appropriate without risking the tarnishing of the Disney name.
Probably won't happen.
