I hope neither starts and that both barely play. This is our last game where you can get some run with an alternate PG which we will need whether Lowe gets hurt or not in SEC play. I'd start JJ at the 1 and move Aberdeen to the 2, Oweh to the 3, Mo at the 4, and Moreno at the 5 to start. Then mix in subs from there. But I'd personally give JJ as much time at the 1 today as I could. Force him to get the reps in. He's the closest thing to a backup PG we have sadly.

Pope may bring them off the bench to allow the Rupp crowd to show their appreciation when they enter the game. For this game it really shouldn't matter but by the AL game I hope the player's roles are more clearly defined.

I think it's fine to do Pope's "ease them back in" thing off the bench today. We should win this one regardless. I'm actually fine if Lowe doesn't play at all today.

Alabama--the training wheels have to come back off. Start them both. We saw against St. John's--bringing them off the bench isn't any form of protection. Lowe tweaked his shoulder in 7 seconds off the bench. If it's going to happen, it's going to happen. Start vs bench doens't change it.

Good. We dont need either of them to beat Bellarmine. Lowe has a shoulder issue thats gonna be touch and go all season and JQ is still coming back from his injury. Honestly I dont want either of them playing more than 20min unless we absolutely need the win or we are in the Final4.

Use this time to get JJ and Moreno more minutes and reps in the event we dont have Lowe or JQ , for whatever reason.
