Oldfather requests Strong produce his cell phones -- “for the purpose of downloading all text messages” – his phone bills from 2012 to present, and all correspondence exchanged between Strong and Tracy Blue and with anyone else about her.

In addition, Oldfather requests “the Movado watch given” to Strong by Tracy Blue and all clothing and jewelry she gave to him. The motion also requests Strong’s calendars from 2012 to present and all records of his air travel, including tickets and flight confirmations.

Agreed. It's not like they aren't going to hire a good coach with morals, kragthorpe.... they just realized they can't win with choir boys.

I think there are some (a few) UL fans that don't fully endorse the win at all costs things that go on at Transfer U, and I doubt if it is a published requirement for the job, but it would certainly help you fit into the motley crew jurich has assembled.

You know it would be OK if there were just a few bad marks against your record like your coaches infidelity, shady financing deals, vouching for a habitual criminal like Willie, taking in multiple transfers (rejects) like the five star RB no one else would take, accepting criminals like the TCU transfer, making it a point to scan the lists of players kicked out of other schools (particularly Georgia) and probably parole lists, recruiting statutory rapists, claiming that these rejects from numerous Universities now have a perfect APR at UL, throwing a fantastic contract to a football coach that no one else wanted to hire (who was the competition, certainly not UK) and then throwing him a half million bonus for NOTHING he was responsible for (but I am sure he needed the money, maybe for kickbacks?), hiring probably the biggest and most flagrant recruiting cheater in history AND not able to fire him when the NCAA basically said that he should (probably couldn't afford to) even though he could no longer recruit------

That is just a partial list off the top of my head, I am sure there is a lot more, and of course this is just probably the things that have leaked out so far and the tip of the iceberg the way he runs things over there, some schools are masters of hiding their sins (see Minardi Hall) at least temporarily, while UK has proven to be the dumbest amateur AND have paid dearly for their transgressions, not helped the programs in the long run.

And of course they also take advantage of all the loopholes like the COA which UK is again penny wise and pound foolish about. Twice as much to attend UL as UK, LOL, maybe if you add in the cost of mj, I have never tried it but I have heard it cost money, probably why hurtt had to have the $5,000 "loan" at the U, that is a lot of $100 handshakes.

All of this kind of reminds me of the old saying, a million here and a million there, and pretty soon it starts to add up to serious money.

I'm sure UL has its attorneys in full throttle to make this disappear. Hope Blue is sick of the cesspool at UL and won't let go.

The heat might be even hotter for Charlie Strong in Austin...especially with the "Young Gun" Hot Coach in Houston...he needs to make a huge step forward this year to keep his gig.

If CCS Was still at Louisville it might be an issue...but the issue with him in a sports sense is in Austin, Texas not Louisville, Ky...he is at Texas now and what he did in his personal life he has to pay for it...more importantly this is about the Blue Family and the Strong Family...not about UofL fans and alums.

Unfortunately in this society it just doesn't matter...just look at the current Presidential Race...you have a admitted 3 Time Adulterer about to win the GOP Nomination...when is the "American Society" going to say enough is enough...FTR, don't condone this AT ALL...

...douche....really....you're getting a little personal...but to each it own...you will be ok...also, you're missing the point...the real issue with CCS is with his current wife and his children and the same for the Blue Family and their children....but since you only see the "Sports" angle and not the destruction of maybe 2 families that is your issue.

In the "Sports" part of it he has to explain it to the $$$$ men in Austin...Not Louisville...last I checked he hasn't coached here since 2013...

This is bad, very bad. What disappoints me the most is that I thought Strong was the one guy who was NOT tainted by the general stench of the program- well, except for the Hurtt factor, he wasn't tainted. And now this. When do the hits finally stop coming?

folks...if you think for a minute UL's dirty laundry is limited to the basketball dorm, you are sadly mistaken...

That place is a 60 minutes special, American Greed, and ESPN 30 for 30 all wrapped into one little campus and town...

Just some half assed investigative journalism would make somebody's career...

Funny you can have morals about some things but the LOOOOONNNNNG list of shady deals PROMOTED by jurich is just fine with UL fans?

Why would it be an issue if he was still at ul? It wasn't for Pitino. I do agree with you it is a terrible thing for the two families.
