Does anyone here use CBD as part of their routine?

I started taking CBD about a month ago and I'm floored by the difference it's made with with mental and emotional health. I've struggled with a lot of issues and been through a lot of different treatments, but CBD has been the one thing that's helped the most with the least side effects.

Has anyone else had any experiences with it?

It seems to be effective. Takes the edge off, as they say.

So what are you all taking and where are you buying it - internet, local shop? Doctor recommended or your own choice? I think I could benefit from it but have no idea where to start.

You can find it on Amazon, for example, self-medication.

I do gummies. I get mine from a local smoke/vape shop. There are dispensaries in Michigan that sells them as well. I made the choice as my anxiety was getting out of hand and I’ve been through the big pharma cat wash and didn’t want that again.

I supplement it with St John’s and Valerian Root.

I’d be more than happy to give you any advice I can. I’ll send you my email if you’d like.

I get great results from Kratom tea. Lotsa titanium in my old body and it really helps reduce the pain.

Does it really help or is it placebo. Every time someone says something really helps like latest lidocaine for shoulder knee relief it never really works for me. But people at the golf course swear by it.

keeping in mind mitragynine and 7-OH-mitragynine are agonists at the mu opioid receptor and have the potential for developing dependence. Chemically they are not opioids but pharmacodynamically they act very much like opioids. This is why kratom sometime touted for managing opioid withdraw. Kratom dependence disorder is a recognized condition.
