I'm not positive about this but I think the time constraint was yesterday. I think it's the Thursday before the tournament starts.

It’s really disappointing. I hope he doesn’t think he’s too good to play an opposite field event, because he’s not. It’s just a pathetically stupid and selfish decision on his part.
