Nothing would please me more (well, almost hehe) than to see Indiana beat ND - preferably 156-0, but realistically do they even have a chance???

Not only will they be playing ND, they'll also be playing the refs

Well let's see... Indiana played one ranked team and lost to them. ND played one ranked team and beat them. The match up isn't exactly what I was picturing when I thought about the upcoming college football playoff but I'll have go with ND having more experience in this type of thing.

This is a fake national championship. Nowhere near the best 12 teams in the nation!

Yes. It would not shock me to see Indiana win the ballgame.

I think ND wins a competitive game. I also think Texas beats UPC, but not convincingly, even though I'd love to see them run UPC out of Texas. I think Ohio State beats UT and should be favored to win it all. I hope they DON'T win it all. Georgia will be OK with the QB they have, but what if HE gets dinged?

Notre Dame lost at home to Northern Illinois. Indiana can absolutely win this game. Neither one of these teams are part of the top 12 teams in the country though.
Don’t really care for ND, but feel they are top 12. That loss to NIU should count as 2 losses but they had just beat Texas A&M before that.
The rest of their games weren’t really competitive ,besides USC until the end, and there were some solid wins in there.

Also.... Easiest money out there was georgia -140... There is no way they don't blow the doors off of ND or Indiana...

Indiana is not a top 12 team.
Boring game
I was getting ready to say this game is a total snooze fest - committee got it wrong, and everyone in the country knew it....

You do not belong in the playoffs if you rack up your wins against middle schoolers. It's a joke.

They could blow them out, but ND is still pretty strong defensively.
Losing Jeter also hurt us. The previous 2 years, he was near automatic for us.
This year he has struggled with ND, and that unit could also very well be the reason they don’t advance any further.

Don’t talk trash about refs favoring ND when you have no clue. The refs were from Indiana’s conference.

Boring game blowout. Indiana is who we thought they were. 24 point lead by ND with 4 minutes to go. Methodical beat down. Relaxed and gave up a few meaningless scores to make the final look respectable

Shame on the committee for sending the message that quality wins dont matter.
