I think this defense is as fundamentally sound as any we've seen since the Rich Brooks days. That said, we haven't faced a really dangerous dual-threat QB until tonight. The last three years, we've struggled mightily with mobile QB's. MSU's QB is a tough, physical runner and their leading rusher. Is tonight finally the night that we sure up against the read option? Or will it be more of the same?

They did a good job Vs USC qb who can. I know USC is not great but we did bottle up the run the last two games
