Does the NCAA have rules against recruits and former athletes talking to each other?

Not that I'm going to call the NCAA up on any of this... but it definitely caught my eye as a potential red flag. I have no clue who the recruit it and I assume he plays baseball... but here's what transpired.

For those non-twitterers.... @cnd16 is on his official visit. He tweeted the following "On an official visit at Ole Miss today seeing @MichaelOher pictures and jerseys everwhere! Awesomeplace!"

Michael Oher retweeted that and responded saying "now sign the letter!!"

I'll say this again. I could care less about getting Ole Miss in trouble for something like this... but was just curious about the NCAA and it's view on former players interacting for recruits.</font></span></div></div>

Thomas at Harveys. I doubt they are going to start an investigation over that but it is against the rules.
