Had he not flubbed up 3 times would he not still be coaching here ?

Now why on earth would he go against his lawyer suggestion and drop his lawsuit for breach of contract? He gets 0$ from UofL. Not 40 million. Not 20 million. Not even a nickel.

All UofL had to agree to was to allow Pitino to say he resigned instead of him being fired. Is that worth 40 million dollars to UofL? You betcha.

Anything Pitino says has to go through a BS filter. I doubt he went completely against his attorneys’ recommendations.
