Don't forget to cancel your B1G+ subscription

This is my yearly public service announcement. Several years ago when Flo started carrying the B1G matches I cancelled my seasonal B1G+ subscription, or so I thought. It was something like two years later that Flo stopped carrying the B1G matches. I then dutifully decided to renew my B1G subscription only to find out my old $15 a month subscription had never been cancelled! I contacted B1G+, knowing they would have mercy on me and gladly send me a refund. Not! : )

I spent an hour trying to subscribe before the tourney....no luck. The site is a mess. All reviews are 1 stars. I finally gave up. I was happy to see all the semis and finals on youtube. Better than nothing.

I subscribe every year and cancel at the end of the season. It's a very simple process. I don't understand the 1 star reveiws.

I think this is part of the problem. I went to my subscription on my laptop and I get hit with this error when trying to cancel. I go on my app on my phone and there is no option to cancel. Thinking I might have originally made the purchase on my smart TV app. Will check tonight when I get home to see if the option to cancel is on there. Ridiculous that its set up this way. If someone hacked my account from a different platform and made some purchases, I wouldn't be able to cancel the purchases without getting a hold of tech support?

You will be good. I believe mine was done thru Google ( or another service) once and I had to cancel it there . If you used the TV app you can cancel there
