Truest ref picture I’ve ever seen. These people paid 1000’s to come see Doug Shows call this game.
Sirmons, Shows & Adams is about the worse draw of 3 egotistical monsters you can get.
Wonder if any officials don’t like each other. Like if one ever disagrees with the way one ref is calling the game. Wonder if they ever give the other team a call just to mess with another official clearly biased towards one team. Figure they are all a fraternity but there has to be a couple.
I don’t know. But I do know that refs “mirror calls.” Here’s Jamie Luckie talking about doing it after making a call against one team, he’s looking to mirror a call for the opponent. And he speaks highly of Doug Shows “hitting” popular coaches like Cal or K with technicals. Apparently the “courage” to do that causes other coaches not to mess with a ref that would dare give those high profile coaches a technical.
In the series Flagrant foul. Tim Doneghy said not only did they do things like that but they bet money on it. I kid you not.
The other 2 knew that Doneghy didn’t like a coach or player on the team. They would bet money with each other how many fouls Tim would call. Over/ Under and laugh about it after. Bias is real.
