Duke 4/1 odds to win NCAA title

In light of Dr. Steat's prognosis of Harry Giles, is Vegas still going to keep these odds? Seems a bit foolish to me.
40-0 done deal! In all seriousness I think u guys will be good. I know some of you are banking on Giles being back by week 2 but it would be foolish to hurry a guy or his talent back to play the little sisters of the poor.
Huh. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. We're integrating a lot more new pieces to a team that wasn't as good the year before. I guess it's all relative to the rest of the landscape, though.
Our goal is not to go undefeated. Our goal is to win the championship. We need to bring Harry along really slowly. Having him re-injure himself is a far bigger concern than blending him in, let alone winning the championship.

As a fan of Duke- it's insane but it doesn't change the goals that we have. Our goal is to get to the final four and cut down the nets. We have the team to do it and this doesn't change it. We knew we were the favorites before this line came out and we know it after. If we stay healthy we have the tools to make a run.

But just to be safe i went out and got my 40-0 tattoo last night.
Kentucky's was 1/1 two years ago! Those odds came from Bovada, the same that has Duke at 4/1 this year. I'm glad they were wrong that year!

I think as far as our season, the needle's in the groove and the vinyl's on the platter, we just need to let the record play.
Also, this article which was published in April 2014 had UK at 5/1.
