I’ve watched most of the games and Duke looked really good and you could kinda see how when White started struggling and Reddish the whole team kinda took a step back and with the injury’s the team went through but man it was a fun team to watch.

The Louisville and Virginia games were good.

Interesting to analyze the team knowing how the season ends.

Jack missing shots.
AOC not being aggressive with the ball.
Cam turning the ball over.

Yet, Zion and RJ being just spectacular and the guys having so much fun.

A lot of mixed emotions watching it all again.

Watching the first duke Syracuse game that was at home. Oh my those first 3 minutes were fun. Such a shame tre had to go down after that start. Could’ve been a massive beat down but the loss of him i think rattled the rest of our players and the defense just wasn’t the same.

Jack becoming virtually unplayable was the major downfall. He was so so good the first qtr of the year.

In rewatching the games, If Reddish was not hyped so much, played for Duke, all the tv exposure, I don’t think he gets drafted. Fouled a lot, turnovers, missed open looks, still needs to improve to get NBA playing time early on.

In all fairness, we were lucky to get by the two rounds before that. Not the dominant team we saw all year. That's what I can't figure out. Did we stop running the fast break? Did the defenses catch on to our (lack of) shooting? Did our defense become less aggressive? Combination of all of these?

We only had 2 consistent scorers, and that made us too easy to defend.
Tre had a great shooting game against the Hokies. He stepped up in Cam’s absence too. Probably had his best shooting game of the season.

A real shame that not one other guy could step up and give us 3 scorers each game.

Bout sums it up. I don’t attribute AOC as much of a factor.

But gosh Cam was such a liability and Jack regressed so hard and we just didn’t have the 3 ball.

I agree but some of that has to be on the coaching staff.

It's not like every one else on the team sucked. The coaches have to figure out how to put our other guys in the best positions to have success. If that means running more set plays, whatever... so be it. You HAVE to figure out how to have more balanced scoring, period.

He was used to playing with the ball in his hands. So it was a huge adjustment for him.

So some of it's on him to figure out but the coaches also have to figure out how to better integrate him into the offense, and I saw no adjustments on that front whatsoever. And that is inexcusable.
