That's a gauntlet. I think they can expose Kansas and dethrone them, but that's a ton of physical teams for those youngguns early in the season.

If they lose a few of those, the ACC might not be strong enough for them to recover their seeding.

We have made a huge jump in the rankings, so all we have to do is keep winning. We are not going to fall in the rankings because Duke starts losing. We have enough big games to win in the SEC to not be impacted by whatever happens to Duke. We just need to keep winning so as to control our own destiny.

Duke looks better today. Obviously, the competition is nowhere close to what it was Tuesday night, but they are sharing the ball much better. 10 players have scored. Offensively, they look more like a TEAM today.

Duke is a very talented team and really good. I just don't think Sheyer is seasoned enough yet or currently an elite game coach. Losing Roach really hurt them as they don't have a true lead guard.

If they are on fire and feeling it they can pummel anyone, but if they aren't, Sheyer can be out coached readily by another good program. Self and Pearl can coach circles around him, but if all that talent is feeling it, coaching doesn't help much. A "buzz saw" like Cal used to call it.

Agreed, but the Duke win is in the bag, so while we wait to earn our stripes against the remaining good teams on our schedule I hope Duke does well. Other than that, I hope they lose their first round games in the post season
