Well, this is to answer Heel's charges after Duke's wins over Louisville & Duke.
Duke can't win unless they hit a ton of 3 point shots. Duke made 5 & ND made 6.
Duke can't win unless they get all the calls and live at the ft line. Duke was 8 of 12 and
ND was 9 of 12. And those ft numbers are inflated because the Irish were reduced to fouling
at the end...in fact they only had 2 team fouls until they were forced to foul.
Duke can't win because they'll get crushed on the boards? Duke 30 rebounds, ND 33, but they did crush us on offensive rebounds 16 to 5. A lot of them were long rebounds on some of those missed 3's. Still, we managed just enough.
And all that while playing 4 games in 4 days against 3 highly ranked opponents. Also while playing only 7 guys.
Don't know what will happen next week, but Duke is playing their best ball of the year now, and there is no denying it if you're honest with yourself.
