On to the semis. There is something so special about the ACC tournament.

Tonight's game is going to come down to perimeter shooting. If we see the team that shot lights out against Miami in the first half, it'll be a battle. If we see the team we absolutely throttled at Cameron, we win by double-digits.

At the end of the day - this game will be a battle. All the teams are good, at this point - well, except Carolina
, and that's what makes this fun.

The Fighting Irish have some outstanding shooters from long range. But basketball is a game of matchups and I like this one. I think we win by 10ish especially the way we've played...really since Sheed was booted.

Game is set for a 9pm est start on ESPNHD - but it won't start at 9pm. Probably closer to 9:30-9:45ish.

I think notre dame is a good matchup for us. We've played well against them for 70-75 minutes already this year.

It should be a shoot-out, and a fun game to watch. Duke is playing extremely well, and is on a mission.

The way we took it to NC State and the way we played its hard to see us not bringing it again.

We are playing like a team on a mission that knows whats needed to advance.

After the way we played against NC State tonight and the way we played against Notre Dame the second time we played them I think we win this game somewhat easily.

On a side note. If there are any night owls like me and you want to watch it again, they're showing tonight's game on ESPNU right now, it just went to halftime.

Really hard to figure out what we'll get from this one. I would think they are seriously determined to get us back like we were against state but... you never know.


I think we'll win.

I'm not sure how to feel, after that butt whooping at cameron, I'm sure notre dame will be wanting to get back at them. Should be a good game, but I think Duke wins. WIN FOR QUINN

For the first time in a while, I think we're a better team in March than we were in November/December. We're definitely playing our best ball at the right time.

Anybody here going to be in Greensboro tonight? At half time last night as Duke was blowing out NC State, we walked out in the lobby area and bought 2 front row tickets (upper level) off an older NC State guy. He was glad to get his $ back and we were glad to get solid seats at face.

So, we saw what revenge has been like for Duke this year. ND found out first hand. State last night. Well, ND ruined our chance for another revenge game. So, let's take our frustration with that out on ND again. I also like the fact that we were able to spread minutes out last night with a blowout so our guys should be pretty fresh. Duke is on a mission. Sorry ND.

Duke is playing well right now. Notre Dame did what they had to do to win last night. This is typically how Brey's teams performed in the March tournaments when they were in the Big East, and the semis was their ceiling. I see no difference here.

^This. If we can show the same focus as last night, I like our chances to move on. I wish everyone was as cautiously optimistic as they were last night (including me), I would feel a lot better about this one!

After last night I feel better than I did during the day yesterday. Having said that, I fully expect a battle tonight. I will be at the game and I am pumped. Btw, did anyone else catch Coach K's comments on Quinn battling a bug last night? Just wondering. Anyway, we are actually playing our best basketball in March fellas! How awesome is that? I want this team to win this tourney so very badly for Quinn, themselves, the coaching staff, the school, and us crazie fans. Keep the streak going! LET'S GO DUKE!!!!!

Agree with Laettner, they were small. I loved our intensity yesterday, came out and really took it to State. Looking forward to the game tonight. Nothing like the atmosphere. Virginia seems to have more fans than even the holes. Packed in our hotel. Go Duke!!

I'm sitting on pins and needles. Very restless awaiting tonight's game. Wish it were the 7 o'clock game. Doubt it will ge started until after 9:30. Got to calm down. I'm really pumped and ready to go. I'm feeling a close game. Any one else feeling anxious? Let's Go Duke. I don't think I can take one that goes down to the wire. Please blow the Irish off the floor guys. OFC

If we play the way we played last night, we could blow them out again! Hope that's the case! But we will probably be in for a battle! Okafor will probably have to play a few more minutes tonight, but hopefully not too many! Duke by a dozen! GO DUKE!!!

ND really has no one that can stop Winslow or Jah. Grant is ND best option for Winslow, but Winslow is so strong. -- NO MATCH -- If Duke can play that match up zone the way they did last night against state combined with some tough man to man, then the only way ND has much of a chance in this game is if Duke goes really cold. I do not expect that to happen. Duke by 15 - 20.

Sky, I'm with you ole' buddy. Just hang in there and think happy thoughts. These kids live for this moment and I think they are focused.
I don't want it to go down to the wire either, but I will take a Duke win no matter how it goes!

Winslow with a really bad start..... Gotta be smarter at this point. Little nervous with the team fire! Not the same as of late.

What is up with Okafor? It's like he's in the worst shape of his life.

When K says, "nobody wants to play" that's terrible.

This is the "anti-" game to last night, so far. Can't get much worse.

I think Oak's ankle (or something) is still bothering him, because in the last few games I don't see any explosion when he goes for a shot or rebound...he's always just on his tippy toes.
