At this point, Duke is going to have to pull off the impossible to make the tournament through the at-large route. We basically need to run the table - and it started Saturday. Tonight is another must win.

Wake comes in at 6-9 overall, but if you look at its last eight games, they've only been blown out one time, at Notre Dame. They played UNC close, they lost at FSU in OT, they won at BC - to name a few.

Duke enters as a six point favorite, and that seems like a lot. I think we find a way, but I think it's close. Tonight's game is slated for an 8:30pm est tip and will air on the ACC Network.

Going out on a limb and say we play good. Lost a talented player, but will become a better team now.

I think we come out with a chip on our shoulder. I mentioned it in another thread, I really think we can come out like we did after Sullimon was dismissed back in 2015. I am NOT saying we are going to win the National Championship, but I just feel like we come out tough and strong and make at least a strong run to the finish line. If we get beat along the way, I can accept it, as long as we play hard.

Duke makes a defensive stand tonight and stifles Wake.

I am not naïve to think we are going to take down UVA, BUT I like our chances a lot more right now than I did two weeks ago. We just need that swagger, that "verve" like Coach calls it. If we can bring that edge, play balls to the wall, anything is possible.

We needed these past two games so bad. Friggin wendells mistake at unc is that much more frustrating but finally we look like a real duke squad. Kudos to the staff. I can be highly critical of them but have no problem giving credit when they do good also

forgot all about the game....sign of the times...but upon checking, quite a pleasant surprise. Go Duke!
