Anyone ever attend game at VT? Going to be in Charlotte for holidays and thinking about hitting this game. Good arena?

I'm also thinking of going with mrs, i've called ticket office and they expect the tickets to go on sale to public mid december.

Good place to see a game. Not huge so all seats are pretty good. I was lucky enough to be behind bench but talked to Duke fans after that were scattered about and they all liked the seating/view.

I'm glad someone brought this up because I was wondering when tickets would go on sale. I have been to several games there and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. I've had the "nose bleeds" and you can still see good. I expect the Hokies to give us a good fight regardless if we have any of our freshmen back. Remember they took us to overtime in 2015 when we won it all!

I saw one there JJ's junior year when Duke lost on a last second shot, and I went to the one two years ago when Tyus, Jah and company needed OT to get out of there. It is a decent place to see a game, not huge and the seats are pretty vertical to give good sight lines from most anywhere. Parking was easy too.

Just seen on VTs website, that the Duke game is sold out through their ticket office.

VT's arena is kind of a dump, but the atmosphere for Duke is always alive. VT has great fans IMO. I'm considering driving up for that one and just buying tix outside.

Hokiesorts.com, on the scrolling news on the main page, it's the first one, and says limited tickets remain for other conference games
