I am on the boat that Tnt needs to go now but I am curious what finish would it take for you to say its time for a change. No poll because I want people to put their name on it.

I don’t think it’s reasonable or necessary to put a number on what they must finish. Everything should be evaluated based on their body of work. If it were me I would always use a rolling 5 year period unless there was a specific incident that warranted immediate action.
No, probably not. They could win it or get 2nd and that might change my mind depending on how NCAAs go.
At NCAAs:
1st: Cesspool becomes a bloody verbal war zone, current coaching protesters squashed, TnT named new Supreme Leaders until death.
2nd: I'd accept status quo until 2029, but think fresh, exciting new assistants would be wise no matter what.
3rd/4th: New assistants required, but must be top notch, exciting to recruits, and given 83% full reign to implement new ideas. Else, see below.
5th+: Let's move on, it's coming soon anyway. T and/or T, with Bob's money, to the HWC for a few years until Spencer takes over.

I think it should be not how they place but how the teams wrestles. If the guys come out flat as a pancake or going through the motions, then the program has to change. These are men that are fighting for pride and accomplishments and if the attitude comes across as HEW then the staff is Elvis.
At Big 10s they would have to finish worse than 5th as a team
At NCAAs worse than 8th
At NCAAs worse than 8th
