they released the body-camera videos...I didn't listen with the sound up but did read the transcript. It appears he wasn't doing what the police asked him to do and he kept hiding his hand(s). I understand the first shot to put him down, but I think there will be questions about the subsequent shots.

Yeah, the kids would keep his right hand up and in front of him.

After he get's shot once, and even though I've never been shot, I would think it would be hard to "put your hands up" when you're in immense pain from being shot. I would think your reaction would be to move your hands to where you were shot.
