I think the guy was tripped into Covey but Covey is lucky his leg didn’t snap in two.

Sorry but Franklin was tripped by the blocker he lifted his leg up as he was going by. Ridiculous call

He wasn’t pushed into him.
It’s his responsibility not to trip over the blocker into the returner.
But yes, Covey is lucky
