My favorite Randy Meisner song. I listened to this album (One More Song) a million times driving home from school back in the day. Take It To The Limit is one of the best songs ever. After Meisner was asked to leave, Glenn Frey did a very good job on it but Meisner made it what it was.

Doesn't matter if they would " work" . My point is he actually had better vocals. But I understand what you are sayingBetter...no. Different, that was incorporated into certain songs which made them hits. His voice as lead vocal would not have worked on most of their songs.
