Nobody really knows right now because nobody knows who'll be left standing when game 12 rolls around. Injuries are going to happen, so it just depends on who loses less key players during the season. If I were a UofK fan (besides committing suicide), I would throw down $100 and roll the dice with that line.

There are a ton of factors that have not been revealed that could swing the line.

Line today, IMO is based on a few factors.

UofL's program has been successful this decade, UK's has not been
QB position - UofL has a potential game breaker, UK is unproven here
UofL's defense has deserved national respect, and returns some key players
UofL won last year's game going away on the road
