Bone in ham
Mashed potatoes and good ham gravy
Yams
Rolls
SIL bringing something green beans
I used my mother’s butterscotch pie recipe tha came from her mother and likely from her mother’s mother
Keep bone to make soup at a later date.

Slovak grandparents more or less raised me, so will have my grandmothers traditional Easter dinner. Similar to OhioLion's dinner.
Not sure what "kolbi" is, fresh & smoked kielbasa?
My grandmother usually had bobalki for Christmas Eve Supper.

Kar has the Easter Cheese ball draining in the kitchen. It is a delicious, slightly sweet, firm custard ball (cirak)

Buffet at a resort restaurant. Wife and I needed a break from hosting large family parties. A little pricy as my own family of 4 will be $200, but that is far less than we would spend hosting. 5 other family members are meeting us there under our reservation. Looking forward to relaxing on a holiday for a change!
