Eastern Washington - Fresno St. is a game I'm passing on even in English.
you can add acculturate, which may be more accurate since the question was dealing with customs/culture

I like the sound of "assimilate" better, and it conveys the meaning. "Acculturate" is certainly narrower.

It will be on the Univison Network locally to Fresno, so who knows, maybe they will get decent viewership for that game. I really don't see a downside as far as Univision is concerned.
