Knew there was a reason I liked that guy....other than Fox.
Wonder if he's true blue or just on the bandwagon. Born in Queens...college in New York. Nothing in his bio that comes close to the state of Kentucky. But, we'll take him...the more the merrier.

Had a guest this morning say to him..."just because you are a Kentucky fan..." To which Henry replied something like "Yeah that's the way coach Cal would do it"

Here's his Twitter if you wanna welcome him to the fam---->https://twitter.com/edhenry?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author

(spare me the Fox hate....heard the exchange early this morning and just thought I'd share)
Not me brother...Love Ed Henry and if is truly a CAT fan makes me like him even more...And for you FOX haters ...get over it best news channel on TV

Yea Ed is a blue fan. Fox is great and has lots of employees that are big sports fans. The other networks? Lawrence Laughed at the idea of people watching sports just last week.

Zero ratings millions of voters.......so informed.

Fox and MSNBC are mirror images of each other. I mean you can like one or the other because it fits with the view you want, but come on, don't call either unbiased presenters of news. That's just either disingenuous or shockingly uninformed. I guess both are news in the sense that if a disaster happens they will report it and give some straight facts for about 15 minutes before they have to start trying to spin a narrative to fit their respective political party affiliation. Calling either unbiased is like calling Matt Jones and KSR unbiased in reporting on UK and UofL.

Exactly. Neither Fox nor Msnbc ever considered themselves unbiased presenters of news so I can't understand why anyone else would think that. They are, and were always intended to be, political entertainment presented with a modicum of news. That doesn't make them bad, it makes them entertainment which is sometimes also educational.

When liberals hear balance, they think it's right wing.

The socialist commies are so far out nowadays I'm not sure what it would take to bring them back. That party needs a complete overhaul. Kennedy would be ashamed.

This liberal doesn't hate Fox News. It's like Comedy Central for white people. It's hilarious!

Listen to the white liberal making fun of his own kind. It's ok, everyone is seeing who the real racist are. Think those Syrians refugees will be votes for the communist cause?

The joke will eventually be on your type. It's starting in the colleges. White liberals jobs are now on the line. They will turn on you, just w matter of time. It's out of control, but you'll see soon enough.

How's that Junior Varsity terrorist squad doing these days?

It is remarkable to me that that fair and balanced mantra repeated enough times apparently works really well. You can't possibly be that obtuse or brainwashed.
What's really remarkable is how butt hurt you lib/dims are about FOX. One station out of all the media that DOES report both sides and you can't stand it.:joy:

Simply not falling for the ruse makes a butt hurt lib... I'm voting for Rubio and I'll be bitching and moaning with you about President Hillary.

The problem I have with all of the "news" networks is that they claim to be giving us the news.
In actuality, they are giving their thoughts about the news.
That's fine but call it something else like News Musings or Gear Grindings.

Again I think we often confuse opinion with news. There are no “sides” to the news. You can have “sides” in regard to opinions – although opinions are generally not very trustworthy when they come from somebody who already has a “side” – but news is unvarnished statements regarding things that have occurred or been alleged to have occurred, not the commentary about it that the “sides” (e.g., fox and msnbc) spew out afterwards.

Don't like or watch fox but Henry is a solid WH beat reporter. He and Major Garrett are the only ones that ask tough questions.

Not gonna get into the politics other than to say that it's very bizarre when people root for news stations and follow anchors like they're celebs. Do you realize you're lapping up propaganda and going back with a spoon?

No they don't. Group think. Thought control.
