Not much of a jab, more of a smack. Hell of a job by Pope to grab Oweh and Garrison before things got crazy!
Wasn’t surprised Brandon was in the middle of it. OO as well.
We’ve had a few guys over the many years I’ve watched that weren’t afraid to mix it up.
Shidler Stamper Cousins Magloire Hurt Robey Phillips Lee MKG Noel Feldhaus Jones Harrelson Williams and a few more come to mind. Frankly I think we missed that attitude over Cal’s last years. Good to have some edge on the team.

Garrison is an idiot. Hot head, and isn’t worth the headache.
He was the first guy in to defend a team mate. I've got zero problems with that! In fact...proud of him for it! I don't get some "fans" criticism of him for this....AT ALL! That's what team mates do, that have your back.

I’m just not a fan of Garrison. I’ve tried to find something to like about him. I really have. I just don’t like anything about. His facial expressions. His body language. His temper. And his game isn’t worth a damn either.

Garrison has always had an attitude. He the soft tough guy. I was super impressed with Pope just jumping into the melee and manhandling Oweh and Garrison out the fray at the same time. If you have never had to break up a fight before it takes some stones to just jump in like that.
Magloire almost caught an assault charge and almost gave Billy Packer an aneurysm for putting Wojo in the Walls of Jamaal.
Kentucky/Tennessee are intense rivals. Things happen in rivalry games.

Man we can’t talk trash to our biggest opponent these days after the refs did them dirty all day. It’s freaking UT man. BG and Oweh are gangsta thugs for talking smack to UT?? I hope they told them to go to hell. I didn’t think you would be the one to say that judging by most of your post. I enjoyed it. Actually we need a player like that. If he gets in a scuffle and suspended a game we will be ok.

I get that but we’ve beaten them 170 times, which is the most wins any team has against any team in the country. We’re Kentucky, they’re not. Owned doesn’t begin to describe it, but Tennessee does a good job of projecting this as some game where both teams are somehow equals. They do the same thing with Bama where they pretend they’re equal footing and it’s a back and forth thing between two powers.
Tennessee is not elite, not even close. You just beat Tennessee, walk in and think about next week. And I don’t want to hear Pope go from “we hang banners” to a Brian Kelly speech about “the players worked their asses off” nonsense. Be Saban not Brian Kelly. Worry about getting hammered in the first half not beating a program like Tennessee.
Having said that Tennessee (not UL) is our real natural rival. I don’t care what happens to UT at all. Verifiably the worst of the worst in the nation, players and fans. Anyone in the SEC will say it and it’s not like they’re saying it because UT wins. Trashiest ****** in the league.

I hate Tennessee with a passion. But I would trade their ad for ours. Across the board UT is elite. Maybe not elite in basketball alone but the last ten years they are equal to us. I’m sure the record backs that up.
It’s one thing to storm the court like we’ve never won. It’s another thing for a couple players to bicker.
