Yea I don't understand how someone who has so much size gets completely dominated at the line. He gets no push all.

I am not going to bash the kid, but dang. We heard about his long lost swag and his confidence being higher than ever and this is what we get from the kid game 1 of the season? Just speechless. If you can't do it against the team we faced this evening, good luck on trying to the rest of the season. It's not going to happen. What a waste of talent. We finally have as much talent we have ever had in a long time and we still look as lost and awful as ever. It's just draining trying to be a Kentucky football fan. At times like this i wonder why we even bother. I'm sure tomorrow i'll change my mind and talk myself back into turning this around, but it's not looking good.

I've said it before - you can't even use a blocking sled the way Elam plays football. He's got zero drive. Can't keep his body square. Legs get crossed beneath him CONSTANTLY. Uncoordinated as a dog chasing parked cars.

Rivals had him at 3 stars and other services managed to get him 4 and 5 stars. Not sure who the other evaluators were.

Waste of talent? Problem is he has NO talent, NO skill, NO drive. Just an overweight slob.

Prob shouldn't waste time on in state recruits. I heard a sophomore from Trinity owned the Jedrick Wills kid the other night. Why waste the energy convincing these kids that we HAVE to have them, they're studs, etc. when they get here and flop? Just cause Alabama recruits them too?
