Oklahoma looked really, really good in that first half. Led 48-30 at the break and offensively did whatever they wanted.

Dillon Brooks has two points.

Looking at the stats. So far it looks like there's really only been 1 player from each team that's scoring. Hield with 28 for OU and Cook with 22 for UO. No other players on either team have more than 11 points.

I know Duke won with four exceptional freshmen last year (3 especially exceptional), but these tourney games really exhibit the value of physical upperclassmen. It doesn't always mean a W but it really gives an advantage.

Guard play - you cant win without it in the tournament. Hopefully we have better next year

Looks like Oregon was another victim of the "Duke hangover." Oh, and Oregon, meet Buddy Hield.

I know all four 1-seeds made the FF for the only time ever in... '08? '09? It has been a while since all four have made the E8, and tonight's two 1 vs 2 match-ups is pretty chalk, too. It would be boring if this happened every year, but it's pretty cool to see every now and then.

It was '08.

Who does everyone have in the next game? For some reason I'm kinda feeling Villanova.

How many teams in the tournament have beat Duke only to lose their next game? I know Lehigh, Mercer and Oregon did. Does anybody remember if Arizona lost their next game?

Man I hope Kansas wins though. Nothing at all against Nova. I just feel like they are the only team left that can take down UNCheat.

They lost to UConn....who went on to win the national championship.

In 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006 we lost to Indiana, Kansas, Michigan State and LSU, respectively, in the Sweet Sixteen. All of them went on to at least the Final Four. In 2009 we lost to Nova who also went to the Final Four, and in 2013 Louisville in the Elite Eight...who won the national championship.

Watching these games I'm starting to get nervous that UNC could win this thing.

UNC is the best team when they're playing well, but they're hardly unbeatable. Unfortunately right now I think you have to say they're the favorite.

Offensively, Kansas was just awful. Poor ball movement, nothing from Ellis, and their jump shooting was brutal.

Gotta feel bad for HOF Coach Roy Williams. KU has lost. He was really wanting to play them in the championship game because regardless of the outcome he would be thrilled. OFC

Bill Self freakin sux. I felt like Kansas is the only team that can beat UNCheat and Self and his boys choke another one away

Self didn't do anything wrong. Perry Ellis didn't show up and Selden couldn't buy a jump shot. UNC would have won tonight by 30 if they had played KU.

If Villanova and OU shoot like this going forward they will win. You're not going to outbig Carolina, but threes to force them to hit a few and put pressure on them could do the trick.

Every Duke championship has been adjacent to a championship by an ACC team.

Self didn't lose the game for them but he could have done more to help, Ellis with 4 shots???? I understand he looked off for some reason but I would have run some sets down low to try and get him an easy bucket or to the line, or if they had good guard play they would have recognized something was a miss sort of like Hurley with Laettner years ago, you have to go down with your best players and someone has to take charge if the coach doesn't.

It wasn't Self's finest hour, but he wasn't the one out there missing all those jumpers, many of which were good looks. I think they said that outside of Graham, KU was 1-13 from 3.

My new pick is OK to win it all.

Kansas has been very disappointing in the tourney the last few years.
